When you check out a learning system and they are discussing the content, you may see (and I see it quite a bit) being used to refer to an online course. Plus, if they system accepts other SCORM types or AICC or xAPI, you will never see those mentioned or listed.

CBT Prior to online learning known then as WBT, and then the latter term of e-learning (vendors today, use it to refer to content that is online), there was CBT. It had something to do with ILT.
