I love the serendipity of the web. I have seen this happen again and again when interacting on the web—learning, lurking, contributing and participating. L&D needs to step into the domain of OD (Organizational Development) and do a Root Cause Analysis. And as John Hagel said, we shape serendipity. You have to work for it.”
