In 2003, the eLearning startup I worked for shuttered its doors as our customers moved to adopt SCORM, and we had no idea how to do that. They conducted one-on-one interviews with many eLearning professionals. I’m the chair of the part of the IEEE-LTSC (Learning Technology Standards Committee) that is looking at standardizing xAPI.
