My job was to help author SCORM 2004, focusing on how to develop content that would work in SCORM systems. I helped with LETSI in 2008-2009 while I spent most of my working life at W.W. IEEE also specifies USB and WiFi and a host of other standards we take for granted but help ensure things “just work” as expected.
