So unless you really need to use the power of an application like Photoshop, you might find that you can get away with something like Paint.net. I don’t use it as much as I used to now that Articulate’s Studio ‘09 provides a video encoder. SWF Player. SWF Player lets you view Flash SWF files. Simple as that.

Rebuilding in Articulate Storyline. Rebuilding in Articulate Rise. Sothink SWF Decompiler is a paid solution, but includes a 30-day free trial. To use a Flash decompiler you will need to get access to the Flash SWF file for your course. Flash decompilers are a great option if you can get your hands on the SWF file.
