This work informed the conversations with several current and former ADL friends. These conversations became something we called “ BAQON ” — a Brokered, Anonymous acQuaintance Open Network. In our world, they’ve standardized things like the Learning Object Metadata model used in SCORM packages. Why would I want to do that?
