Download the video as an.MP4. By downloading the.MP4 video file and inserting the video into the slide, the learner won’t need Internet access. 720×540 is the 4:3 ratio of PowerPoint slides. Then download the.MP4s and edit them in Microsoft MovieMaker. On May 20th, I’ll be doing a webinar for the Phoenix area ASTD.

I also do quite a few webinars. I have similar concerns when I do webinars and share application screens. This way when I am switching between applications it’s as seamless as possible and the person watching the webinar doesn’t have to resize the viewing window. I also want the window to be 4:3 aspect ratio.

At the conclusion of the webinar they gave a tour of some of the available resources on their site.
