To add voice to the conversation we can use teleconferencing or VoIP. By all means, continue to facilitate asynchronous discussions – they’re incredibly important.

What caught my attention was how this 25-30% was made up, with about 2/3 asynchronous (self-paced) and 1/3 synchronous (live/real-time), although the majority of the non-e-learning elements are synchronous as well, using the traditional classroom.
