Previously when I discussed freeform and template-based rapid content authoring tools, I kept software simulation tools aside. The main reason was that such simulation tools are not always used for developing just any type of learning but focused on training content creation for a specific software application or system.

Flash CS4 allows us to finally publish SWF files for Flash Player 10 - the latest version of Flash Player. Deco and Spray Tools - The Deco tool could be used to quickly create kaleidoscope-like effects and to apply fills. The Spray Brush tool can be used to spray symbols across any user-defined areas.
