. The Save dialog box will open where you can select from either WAV or MP3. While MP3 files are not as high quality as WAV files, the smaller size of a typical MP3 will more than make up for what you might lose in sound quality. Check out the Library (Window menu).

Either way, the Import audio dialog box opens and you would browse to the appropriate audio file (Captivate allows you to import either WAV or MP3 file formats) and open the file. Show the Library (via the Window menu). On the Library, click the Import tool. the gift of time. The final step.
