He suggests a list of potential outcomes with check boxes , effectively allowing the learner to create his or her own objectives. Atleast in India, I guess most of us strictly follow Blooms Taxonomy and frame learning objectives. Im not sure I suggested writing WIIFM learning objectives, but they probably have their uses.
