A: Sue Rodeman - I believe that in the next few years, one change to the LMS is that it will be more of a ‘behind the scenes’ engine and more completely integrated with an organization’s portal or internal application. The WebPad will give employees the ability to have their own web portal that is completely customizable, much like a Facebook or MySpace account. We have modified it and extended it based on practical application feedback from the clients and the desire to bring formal and informal learning together in one centralized learning portal.
