I was reminded of the various Brandon Hall shoot-outs. As far as Atlantic Link, I believe that the eLearningGuild survey treated them as a Software Simulation Tool and that's part of the reason they didn't appear when I created the graphic above (2007). Page update Mar 2008. They also didn't have many users at the time.

I learned Toolbook and Authorware on my own while in the program. Take the Survey! Im one of the unfortunate ones with a actual honest to goodness Masters Degree in EdTech. The degree opens many doors but thats about it. Nothing I learned is actually applied today. The profs understood very little tech. Thank you for a great post.
