I worked with business analysts, IT and communications teams on governance for these new technologies. ADL, IEEE and many people and businesses talking about this technology call it xAPI. was so entrenched that no vendor really wanted to touch SCORM at all. Grainger, Inc. Right now, “Tin Can” refers to xAPI.
