I've not really seen good examples of business cases (future ROI) for using these tools. Control over Quality of Information - See above Strict Control Over Policies – Accuracy - See above Liability / Discoverability / Compliance - Absolutely the contents of your Wiki, Blogs, etc. I forget the issue around mobile devices.
