Those who aren’t are either offering native apps with online/offline synch or performing the shell game via the mobile web browser and calling it mobile learning. Online/Offline Synch. I am quite amazed at the number of vendors who really have zero idea on what the terminology of online/offline synchronization.

self-contained with online/offline synch – honestly any e-learning solution, especially content authoring tools should have one of these, but for the LMS space it makes equal sense. To see the modules, select “products” Ideal for higher education and academia, it packs a whallop. That said, it is the product to beat.

While I find their LMS name, “Company College” a minor challenge (I think it is a disservice to the product itself) there is no mistaking the oomph of this solution and where it started out to where it is today. The system as a whole is quite robust including digital signatures, online/offline synch and a very nice UI.

I’ve really been watching this space for the past two years, and while there continue to be enough products that fit within this category, I’m on the belief that this space is on the downside. I love Questionmark, its a wonderful product and it can use a “connector” to integrate into your learning platform or system.
