While increasing amount of concept work and the pace of change puts a premium on learning, the business of learning faces an incredibly difficult time. Temporary Downturn or Changing Landscape? Xerox Learning, DDI, Forum Corporation, and hundreds of other “instructional systems companies” sprung up. This is a very strange time.
