I discussed a bit of these issues in First Thoughts After ASTD Sessions. Orientations, classes, and meetings are often held in Second Life. Safe Harbor Statements - Clearly mark pages that are controlled and approved vs. those that are not. IP - Making sure it's clear about ownership of content is definitely an issue.
