Jenna Papakalos: Communities of practice belong to training. Plug for ASTD - CPLP Certification includes all of these areas of expertise. I think COPs belong to functional leads (eg CFO) but the social artistry of managing them, L&D should be able to advise on. It is scope of practice. Cynan: yeah.
