Other options were universities who went online, via Lotus Notes. Heck, I was in a doctorate program, whereas the majority of the ‘courses’ was via Lotus Notes, the other was ILT. Who were the folks that oversaw the LMS I read and hear how it was designed for compliance, and thus compliance folks were the main users.
