At TechSmith, we use Snagit for our “quick-and-dirty” videos; i.e. our simple screencasts that don’t require extensive editing or professional polish. On the TechSmith support site , we use a picture of a few members of our support staff to convey this idea; the company is made up of people who care. We’d love to hear about it.
