The most that are out there (I base this on my template, which has more than 100 skill capabilities) is Cornerstone. Cornerstone, BTW is around 90%. Yes there are always variables that are beyond a vendor’s control, but a vendor should meet at least 70% of their roadmap. No surprise, many vendors do not. I’m thrilled that some of the vendors who are in the Platinum level are – they are committed to checks and balances with a stringent program.
