There are some good ones out there, and from a learning system standpoint some vendors in the B2B/B2C market are adding this capability. One e-learning vendor who has as part of their assessment solutions has an online proctoring component is Questionmark. The cost of the system to you is $50,000. .

Yes they offer some features for free, but the paid version looks exactly like any other social learning system that uses the FB like page. I had a great conversation with them and after their pitch, explained in detail that this many systems do the same thing, if not a tad more then they do. Nothing that blew me away.
