Many are less expensive, yet do not have less features – they see real value with emerging technology and social learning/social media. M-Learning. Typically an add-on module – i.e. extra cost. One is Questionmark. E-Learning 24/7. Can they be awful?

Questionmark has an iPad and iPhone app, but for whatever reason, if you type in “quiz&# or “assessment&# , they do not show up. The way to solve this issue for m-learning tools, systems, etc., But what about cost? Mobile learning is the fastest growing area within e-learning. Or quiz assessment.

Yes they offer some features for free, but the paid version looks exactly like any other social learning system that uses the FB like page. You can add various APIs to it, and it has some Yammer add-ons from other vendors, but why go through the hassle, when some LMS vendors take it to the next level. Bottom Line.
