Feature sets – they have to be more than PPT to Flash or add an audio clip and video clip to the course. SaaS based solution, that offers contractors/developers who create courses for other folks – access to the Flash files. 3 – CourseLab - This is for the free version. Feature set in general is strong.

The collaboration – enabling instructional designers or every day folk to work on a course or courses together, is smart. Remember when only a few offered the PPT to Flash option in their tools? There recently was a big time company who announced they were going to develop their solution only in HTML5, not flash. .
