When I do find interesting tools I will keep track of them using my Delicious account. It is tough to stay on top of all the great stuff being offered out there, but the blogs and social media certainly help. Many of the blogs I follow are part of the eLearningLearning community. Tagged either under Development Tools or Cloud.

It has blown past social learning, and continues to roll. Offers some reports, tracking, notifications, occasional assessment (but not the norm). Courselab – The best free open source product on the market. Most people assume that Articulate, Lectora and Captivate are the best tools out there, that is no longer the case.
