Please remember for TM or as some vendors like to pitch as “performance management or knowledge management&# , the modules are extra and are not part of the system (at least for now). If I am a potential customer, I would expect nothing less to come out of the vendor’s mouth on their product and user friendliness. Learning Management Systems, LCMS, Learning Portals. Not understanding that they are creating a product for people to use , rather creating what they feel people should use. Totara LMS.
