It’s very powerful stuff and an important extension to my PWLE. It’s going to cause us to think about models in very different ways such as how Intuit has Outsourced Training to Customers. There’s something really interesting going on here that I’ve not quite figured out. Learning Event? Work Event? eLearning Technology.
