It’s always fun at the end of the year to go back and take a look at what you’ve been working on, what you’ve learned during the year. In June 2008, Work Literacy Launched. I’m convinced that we are all struggling to have our Work Skills Keep Up. I’ve been doing this the past few years. 2009 has continued that effort.

SharePoint is so flexible and the documentation for it is so big and diverse, that a big part of my goals have been to understand the different ways that training organizations are using SharePoint. But in discussions there were often distinctions based on what the work team or CoP expected. These would be external consituents.
