If this is something you are looking for – i.e. a HCM, then they are the ones to go with – over Cornerstone, Oracle-Taleo, SumTotal and alike. The system can either be SaaS or hosted on your own servers. Their product is more geared towards a human capital management system, especially with the BizX Suite.
