If the vendor has load balance (which anyone who has servers should), then the bandwidth claim just doesn’t fly – not even in a spaceship to Mars - unless you i.e. the customer is having internal issues with your network lines or your own servers. They do not have servers with load balance.

Dozens of LMS vendors, had typos on their web pages, zero screens of the system, links that went nowhere and two kicked up my Firewall warning of possible privacy collection and one had a Trojan Horse (I use a hardcore firewall and A/V). A: If the LMS is available only as a hosted solution – as on your company’s own servers – it may not. Even vendors who say their are browser agnostic, if you are using not a common browser – say Maxthon or Avant, check first. A: Depends on the vendor. The same issue happens in the states.

This leads to the bigger issue. A trend that is happening in the LMS market more so than in the other e-learning markets, is the failure to follow their path of success.
