Should we demand that the vending machines charge only 50 cents for a candy bar or do we run over to 7-11 and stock up for rainy day? The same thing applies to the learning management system market. who said a few years ago that e-learning was a fad. . E-Learning 24/7. But I ask you – for whom?

The latter is slowly gaining speed, which is an advantage to LMS vendors who have a CAT in their own product – which is SCORM,PENS/IMS compliant. Over 98% of the LMS/LCMS/learning platform have at least one compliance standard, so why use a RCAT that doesn’t? A couple of vendors are offering this as a feature.
