Becoming similar to LMSs – overall that is, not everyone of them, but boy from a learning environment to administration to content curation they are getting quite close. Mentoring isn’t in every LXP. Learn Amp has some functionality in the mentoring angle, for an example, but many LXPs are still holding back. .
