Someone posted a comment in my previous post on Course Authoring and Rapid eLearning Tool Satisfaction asking whether I had used RapideL. But when I looked back at my post, I realized that I had cut off quite a few authoring tools because I had only included reports where the number of evaluations was 15 or more.

An LMS is a big, expensive tool that takes quite a bit of work and is generally harder than you think it's going to be when you start out. Based on the satisfaction numbers, it appears that they are catching up and it will be interesting to see where they are during the next evaluation. Tools for On-Demand Information - An LMS?
