Is HTML5 Ready for eLearning Development?

Last week, while justifying Apple’s refusal to allow Flash player on iPhone/iPad, Steve Jobs wrote– “ New open standards created in the mobile era, such as HTML5, will win on mobile devices (and PCs too) ”. I’d think this issue with web browsers will probably remain even after they have all implemented full HTML5 support.

Video files not embedding and loading properly on swf publish

The previews within captivate play perfectly (preview>project), and it’s only upon publishing and reviewing the file that I get issues. I have tried multiple file types (mp4 and flv), both input variations (event and synchronized) and multiple flash output versions (10.x Any ideas as to what may be causing this issue?
