While I wish their metrics were better, the system as a whole offers key functionality you want/need, plus has an element of “we want to move forward” and are not afraid to do it. Metrics I wish were better. Anyway, minus that, the metrics are another so-so. They have money – invest in better metrics.

NexGen feature sets – played an important role. For this analysis, it was extensive including customer ticket ratios, which again, nearly no asks a vendor for, but I believe is an invaluable metric to know. It will play a huge role for systems in 2020. Overall weighting. Higher weighting. Whether they had a potluck or not.
