Learning Tools – Do these really belong?

PowerPoint is a presentation software. Yes, folks create courses from it – and while that is what spins it as a learning tool, my sense is that more folks use it as presentation software than as a learning tool. Questionmark – Assessment tool. That is a stretch, just as folks note PowerPoint here.
