The Learning Library BTW, has a few sections around Gen-AI, including comparisons between Claude and ChatGPT, ChatGPT Plus, and Claude Pro. One Learning System vendor told me they hired a consultant to provide them with a recommendation for the LLM they should use. I swear the ratio was 50 peanuts to one corn thing.

The same can be said for Enterprise Learning Systems. Anyone can mention they are Enterprise, and that their learning system is for “Enterprises”, but finding the best of the best of those, isn’t so simple to quantify, let alone clarify. Employees will use whatever learning system you give them.

Rule of thumb when looking at top 10 lists, if all of the links go to Amazon, then it isn’t a site to trust. I will try to do a Pro/Weakness that needs improvement angle (not con per se) and do it as a three-to-three ratio, but some may be more Pro and less Weakness. No system is perfect, everything can be improved.
