Let’s face it – RFI/RFP documents sent over to learning system vendors are massive tomes that confuse, challenge and even baffle some vendors. Then you have RFP/RFIs that lack substance. The fact of the matter is nobody loves creating RFP/RFIs. They can be 25 pages. 50 pages, even 100 pages or more.

The Rise of Workforce Management – The latest buzz word to enter the lexicon of the learning system industry, for systems targeting heavily towards employees. Skills development features are nearly non-existent. We are not talking about skill items that are so out of the ballpark that vendors wouldn’t have them, already. Skill Features that Fuse does not have (they are all on “the roadmap”). Match a skill or a series of skills to a piece of content/a playlist.

I recommend registering first, then login and explore the catalog of systems. . #29 Very good UI/UX, robust system.
