Let’s face it – RFI/RFP documents sent over to learning system vendors are massive tomes that confuse, challenge and even baffle some vendors. Yeah, they are focused on essentials, again, forgetting this is a learning system and is for learning. They can be 25 pages. 50 pages, even 100 pages or more.

Regardless, the number of 100% true LXPs, as they were defined, is minimal in the entire industry of learning systems. The funny thing here is that there are all types of learning systems, including LMSs that have that same UI. I would even argue that this Learning Platform could easily slide into an LMS.

Ditto with HR, Training and yes – marketing, which there are plenty of systems that slide over there – as i.e. Marketing oversees the system.
