JULIE DIRKSEN: There are people with much more expertise in virtual classroom design, but one of my basic principles is that it should be a conversation with learners, and not a one-way lecture. Think about what the core of the activity is, and what the online version would look like. Instead we should ask: “how would I do that online?”
