What you need 2 know: 3rd Party Content

The courses sit on the LMS server, thus in a sense your LMS and not on the 3rd party course provider’s servers. Some may be free (TED) or some MOOCs, others are fee-based (Skillsoft, Skill Pill, Harvard Business, etc.). . So, if 10 pals take Lotus 1-2-3, you are in luck, it probably is still available for you.

Linkedin Learning Mini Review

Lynda.com content/courses are housed on Linkedin Learning servers, not on Lynda.com (I’ll get to this in a second). You can search by topics, skills, courses and videos. On a server most likely, yours or wherever you house your courses. Strong metadata search. It’s good. You can also search by Job Title.
