The most important one is Adobe removing restrictions on SWF and FLV/F4V specifications. So one can now develop software that can actually “play” SWF content. The alliance looks seriously large now especially with Google and Microsoft recently becoming part of it. What’s Adobe’s contribution? How’s it going?

I already have a license to an earlier version of Adobe Captivate. Alternatively, you may subscribe to Adobe Captivate in a pay-as-you-go model so that you always have access to the latest version. Can I import Microsoft PowerPoint projects into the 2017 release of Adobe Captivate? What are my upgrade options?
