While I wish their metrics were better, the system as a whole offers key functionality you want/need, plus has an element of “we want to move forward” and are not afraid to do it. Metrics I wish were better. Anyway, minus that, the metrics are another so-so. They have money – invest in better metrics.

For this analysis, it was extensive including customer ticket ratios, which again, nearly no asks a vendor for, but I believe is an invaluable metric to know. Metrics and Data Visualization – I separated this out from NexGen because I truly believe it deserves a weight variance compared to most of the other NexGen feature sets.
