If you are using PowerPoint 2007, click the  Microsoft Office Button > Save As. If you are using PowerPoint 2010, choose  File > Save As. Keep in mind that embedding fonts will increase the file size of your presentation, especially if you embed all of the font's characters. Click  OK.
