In 2010, the RCAT market continued its upswing and nothing indicates to me it will be changing anytime soon. Innovation abounded and the push to focus on the “PPT to Flash&# angle continued to shine. LMS, web, CD, etc., iPod, mobile phones, YouTube, message boards, e-mail. can capture video from web cam.

The desktop version synchs to the web which synchs to my iPod Touch. But Gcal helps me keep myself organized, and now that Ive discovered CalenGoo for the iPod Im all synched up. PPT is among my must haves as well, good for concepts and I have tinkered in Articulate to produce some solid Interactive Job Aids (IJA).

Three of the sites will be able to attend, but one site who has 39 employees will only have 50% of them viewing from their cubicles, and the other site has only overnight staff, so I have to figure out how I can have them view the seminar… This is learning in 2010. For web conferencing, I will be using the abbreviation (WC).

Feature sets – they have to be more than PPT to Flash or add an audio clip and video clip to the course. Don’t be discourged by their web site – it isn’t ideal, but the product is cool. 8 Composica 4.0 - A winner in my book back in 2010 and still solid in 2011. The lip synch thing is a big winner too. #9
