xAPI will be arriving in Q4 2015. Self-Service system in a sense, can buy and go live quickly (albeit at Enterprise I would not). Nor does it come with Adobe Connect. You can connect any web conferencing solution to Adobe Captivate Prime and it does accept APIs. SCORM, SCORM 1.2 and AICC (why is there AICC?
