Back in 2007, I pointed out various aspects of what I was seeing: strategy/strategic and performance are back as topics after dropping way down in 2006 surprisingly trainer is also back, you would think in the age of eLearning 2.0 For example, we see terms now at the top like Learning Management System , AICC , SCORM.

This sounds a lot like a personal learning environment, personal knowledge management (PKM) and personal work and learning environment (PWLE) and PIM. If you care about being relevant and valuable in 2015, you had better be making moves in 2009. For example, Personal Learning , PLE , PWLE , PKM are all pretty closely related.
