The world of authoring tools started at the advanced level, Authorware, Toolbook and to an extent DazzlerMax. I expect a vendor or two, to test the waters in 2018, late 2017. . Lectora Online . Storyline 360 is not a 100% cloud based authoring tool, just fyi. Basic 2 Advanced. They all had a learning curve.
