I mean if you say you need “e-commerce for 500 users, certificates, ability to add users to groups for courses”, that would cover about 550 systems. Write vendors’ names on pencils and throw them at the ceiling.

This year, I estimated a 55/60% e-learning, including some ILT vendors offering some type of e-learning component. .

Yet one of the items that is never mentioned are the customers and employees of the vendor who has been acquired. Some vendors will be flexible with you, and allow you to leave if you so desire, others less so.
